How It Works

  1. Apply online
    Fill out the Spirnexs Partner Application Form with your basic business details.
  2. Get approved and receive your code
    Once approved, we share your unique partner code or referral link.
  3. Refer clients to Spirnexs
    Introduce us to your clients or network and ask them to mention your code when they enquire or sign up.
  4. Earn commission
    When a referred client makes their first paid purchase, you receive 10% of that invoice as a one-time commission.

Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: 10% of the first paid invoice of each new client you refer.
  • One-Time Payment: No recurring commission on renewals, upgrades, or future purchases.
  • New Client Definition: The referred company must not already exist in the Spirnexs database or sales pipeline in the last 12 months.
  • Payout Timeline: Commissions are processed within 30 days after Spirnexs receives payment from the client and the initial period (for example, 15–30 days) has passed without cancellation.

You can decide the exact minimum payout amount and payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) based on your internal policy.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Share Spirnexs only with genuine, interested businesses.
  • Explain that Spirnexs is a shipment tracking and import-export management platform, not a freight or customs service.
  • Do not make false promises about pricing, features, or guarantees.
  • Use only the official presentations, brochures, and links provided by Spirnexs where possible.

  • Spinnexs reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application.
  • Commission is payable only for new clients correctly tagged with your partner code before the deal is closed.
  • In case of refund, chargeback, or cancellation, Spirnexs may cancel or adjust the commission.
  • Any misuse, spamming, or misrepresentation can lead to removal from the program and loss of unpaid commissions.
